Mosswood FAQs

The beginning of construction started approximately in 2006. The community was built in four phases by multiple builders over approximately 13 years. Phase 3 was the last to be built.

The community is completely built out at 185 homes, there are no vacant lots left for construction.

Yes, the Mosswood neighborhood does have a large community pool with plenty of space around it including a pool house and a nearby pavilion.

The neighborhood has two gates, one on Mosswood Drive and one on Wall Street (see layout in first question). If you are a guest of a Mosswood resident or a contractor, please get in touch with the homeowner. They will provide an access or directory code you can use at the gate kiosk.
